Her hands around my neck
Mine over her waists
To feel closer, to become one.
Dancing to the tunes of an old Bollywood song.
My cheeks moving slowly over hers
With our eyes closed
I changed the sides
From one neck to another
That’s when our lips collided.
A sensation ran from my heart
Reached every inch of my body
I held her tighter, closer
Coz now I can’t let her go.
She wasn’t expecting this
And tried to move away
That’s when I held her hand
And called her name with all my love.
“No Samar, please” she said
I didn’t uttered a word and pulled her closer
We gazed and that’s when I looked directly into her heart through her shimmering eyes
She wanted to, she so wanted to
She came near and so did I.
Our fingers intertwined to not let the other go
Our heartbeats synchronized to become one soul
We gazed with closed eyes
To live that moment of eternal life
We consumed ourselves to that moment
The moment when we kissed.
A Divine Kiss.
In the summers of humid July
Under the gleam of milky fluorescent light
I embraced you to the nearest of my heart
Virtually reading each other’s beating heart.
We grooved to the music of nostalgic love music
Smelling aroma and feeling the softness of body of each other
I moved from the mole of your neck of one side to the ear of the other
With such gentle movement my lips accidentally collided with yours
And I sipped the elixir of your tender crimson lips.
A vibration, a sensation ran through my mortal body
The impression of your soul got imprinted on mine
Making me alive as well as numb at the same time
Your heavy breath was visible from the jumping of your bosoms
And I was drowning into you from my gentle closed eyes.
As you withdrew from me, I clutched your hand and cried your name with all my love
You replied, “No Samar, please”
I didn’t answer and pulled you towards me
You hesitated but I read the want in the twinkle of your hazel eyes.
There was this aroma in your body that made me drown into your love, a lot more
I didn’t wait for a moment and brushed my cheeks over yours
Without saying a word I leant toward you and you over me
and we both Kissed.
A Divine Kiss.
P.S.- I wrote these two poems on one subject. I would be greatful if my fellow readers read them and leave critical comments about them. Thanks.
