Last ride…

What a dilemma!
To ride slow or go fast,
As we both knew,
This ride might be our last.

She needed to reach early,
My minutes I couldn’t make curly,
For her, I just drove fast,
Though I knew, this ride might be our last.

I asked,
Put your hands in my jacket,
For a little comfort she might feel,
Little did she knew,
It was me who needed her warmth,
To end this perpetual blue.

My last cry,
She heard in sober words,
Please hug me tight S,
She did, she did for me,
Didn’t thought after long that if it is wrong or right.

Now I dropped her to my favourite spot,
Where once I waited for her for hours non stop,
She walk in pain in this cold night,
To accompany me, maybe for the last time.

Let me hug once, let me kiss your forehead,
I wish You stay healthy and happy in your life ahead.
